Refund Policy

90-day money-back guarantee, handled by the seller

Refunds are issued by the seller, not by mothermieko.com. We do not take payment and cannot process a refund. To request one, email the seller support address printed on your order confirmation. The terms below reflect the seller's published policy at the time of writing; the seller's page is authoritative.

The Guarantee

The product featured on this site carries a 90-day money-back guarantee from the seller. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you contact the seller within 90 days of your order date and request a refund of the purchase price. According to the seller, this applies even to empty containers.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Find your order confirmation email: it contains your order number and the seller support address
  2. Email that address within 90 days of the order date
  3. Include your order number and the name the order was placed under
  4. State that you are requesting a refund under the 90-day guarantee

What to Expect

StageTypical timing
Seller acknowledges request1–2 business days
Refund approved and issued3–5 business days after approval
Funds appear on your statement5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Subscriptions

If you chose a subscription at checkout, the seller states that you can pause, skip or cancel it at any time from your account on the seller's site. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Canceling a subscription does not by itself refund past orders; request that separately under the guarantee.

Return Shipping

Some sellers ask that containers, used or unused, be returned before a refund is issued. If so, the seller will provide the return address in their reply. Return shipping cost is normally the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Keep proof of postage.

What Is Not Covered

Chargebacks

Please contact the seller before filing a chargeback with your bank. Nearly every refund request is resolved directly, and a chargeback opened first typically freezes the order record and makes the refund slower rather than faster.
